For the past nineteen years, Merit Resources has brought you solid support and expertise in human resources and payroll management. The ever changing economic landscape facing small to medium sized businesss continually encourages us to find new options to help our clients succeed.

Technology
Studies have proven that investing in technology is key to improving client services.
New software platform
We have invested in a fully integrated application, which will streamline our internal processes across all departments including HR, Payroll, Accounting, Taxes and Sales.
The implementation began February 27th and is quickly building momentum. Once this project is complete, our internal employees will experience improved efficiencies in their daily work which translates into a better customer service experience for our clients.
New Website Release – 2 phases
Over the next few days we'll be releasing our new website. Outside of a vastly improved appearance, you'll find ease in navigation and more resources available for managing your human resource needs. Additionally, the new site will be the future gateway to the client and employee portal. This portal will offer a secure and user-friendly method for Merit Resources and you to share information.
- Phase 1 – Includes useful information, news, forms and links. We're also including case studies and success stories. Are you interested in participating as a case study on the website? Let us know.
- Phase 2 – Introduces the client and employee portal. This portal will enable employees to access their paycheck history, W-2’s, employee handbooks, forms, time reports, and benefit enrollment information. Business owners and managers will have access to time sheet entry, employee information, Merit Resources invoices, and a custom report writer. This phase is scheduled for fall 2008.
Infrastructure Upgrades
With the need to have information accessible to our clients via the Internet, it is necessary to have systems in place to successfully support those applications. For that reason we’ve upgraded our entire infrastructure with the lastest technology to improve performance, security and reliability.
We are committed to enhancing the client experience and your feedback is valuable to us. Thoughout the year we will reach out to you for comments on our products and services. In addition we're always open to your feedback at any time and we encourage you tocontact us.
